I found this chronomat in the sales thread.
i noticed it does not have a sunken datewheel, has a chronograph and is in the 3, 6, 9 position...

I don’t understand?
Why/how can they achieve this on a chrono May but cannot do it on the Navitimer?

Don’t they both use an A7750?
Jut curious?

I’d love to hear more about what GF did to achieve this and what the difference is between it and the Navitimer!

Thanks,
Bradley Clark

Correct me if I'm wrong...
You can mod the movement so the DW is not sunken. But you get a non functional chrono. Only the second hand works then, nothing more.

Well, you know, actually, I should have asked the member whether the minute counter worked...
the BP a23322 navitimer rep does this. The minute counter or 3 o clock sub dial is non functional but th date wheel is perfect...
I guess for some reason when I saw this watch I. The sales section I just assumed the minute counter worked...
im about to track the member down and ask...

This breitling Airborne model seems to use a modified 7750 because all sundials work properly
