hi all,

came across this recently,

s-l1600-4.jpg
s-l1600-2.jpg

had compared this to a photo of a Gen dial in archive, dial feet, FE markings and swirl marks seems consistent to a gen.

but the date window (DW) seems a bit smaller, closer to the reps. always thought the gen ones had slight larger DW

anyone can verify?

@Grimlocktime would probably be someone who can speak on the authenticity of the dial since he's handled more than his fair share. :)

@Grimlocktime

In my archive, I have photos of 2 different pam329'dial and the lume plate finishings are very different. Maybe different suppliers? Happy to share the photos when I have access to them

For learning, mind sharing what are the tell tales that led to your evaluation?

Is it the pointy corner of the indice 2 at 12 hour marking?

Thanks again

the tell is the sharp corners on the 2 for sure, but also the size of the sub dial markers and the back of the dial.
