IMO i think that dial is past the point of repair. Scratches are too big and way too many of them. Would require a complete re-paint. And that would also require to re-print the text, which i would see as the biggest problem to face.

it would require a lot of matte spray...

That Gen dial will probably never work with a rep watch/movement. I was going to do a Gen dial swap for a fellow member a while back. Just eye balling the watch and dial, it looked OK. But once you put them over eachother, there are slight variances. Yours happens to be way off though. Look at where the slot for the PR is, its set higher on the rep.

How about leaving the dial as is and selling it.

Who would want this dial then?

I have got another 312 gen dial.. Looking for a watch to fix it on as well.

I bought a few of these as well from the same seller, I think. I've got a 351 and a 388. The 351 has some scratches, I will probably matte spray it, but honestly It kind of adds to the character and the story of the dial. A Gen dial is still something special even with the scratches. The lume is AMAZING!!!
