So I must of hit my new gen blackbay without notice And lost pearl And phoned rolex they said it will cost 20 pounds inslucding fitting for a new one Wilst I wait she said 10 min wait lol.shocked how cheap.because it's so ridiculously cheap I'm not even in a rush to get it replaced.

GBP 20 sounds great, I´ve seen them for sale on rep-forums for much more as well. Sounds like a good deal (and def. an argument pro-gen Tudor), but pls. report back once You´ve exchanged and paid for it, the Lady on the phone could´ve made a mistake.

I vaguely remember looking at my receipts and other TRF posted service receipts from ADs or RSCs that it seems that replacement parts were also quite reasonable and nowhere near what they sell for on the open market, but the old parts must be sent back in exchange. Maybe prices of parts bought outright are high since these manufacturers have a policy of exchange only. Can anyone with some insight enlighten us?

20 pound is more like $30 USD but it's still oddly cheap.

And you have to turn the watch in. If you lost the bezel or made some deep scratchas they will also see if a service is needed because of the impact that probably resulted in the bezel problem. So without a gen watch its not possible to get a bezel insert beside if you search eBay or different forums. Then you can also ad a 0 on the end to the price.
