Gen Sub or Rep?

Found this watch on ebay, the seller don‘t know if it‘s gen or not. He got it from a house eviction
A watch smith in his village said, for him it looks gen. My untrained Eye sees a Rep, what do you think? I know the pics are horrible, but maybe it‘s enough for you guys.

How much is he asking for it is the question? If he's asking reasonable rep prices, I'd buy it. If it's a gen, then woohoo! If not, looks like a decent enough beater watch.

The bidding starts at 1$ so it‘s open where it will end. I was just curious if someone can see if its rep or gen. I was irritated by the bezel insert that is just printed and not „engraved“. Was there a version of the 116610 which just a printed bezel insert?

What do you think is it worth when it‘s a Rep, 300$?

To me it is a rep 100% but the xtal looks gen (or very well made), dial, bezel, case shape, rehaut misaligned are rubbish

It’s a rep. DW is off, xtal cyclops area looks off, rehaut is misaligned, insert is wrong, dial looks like squared corners for 6 & 9 markers.

You are right, the ceramic bezel's digits on the gen are recessed / engraved and filled with platinum. It's a rep.

I mean I also have gen and rep watches, but it‘s unfair to try to sell a rep as „maybe“ gen.
