Gen Strap and deployment comparison?

Can anyone tell me the key differences between the gen strap and deploy on a rubberclad and the rep ones?

The rubber is almost dead on for the rep. The deployant is quite a bit less substantial than the gen -- but not bad. The engraving has recently gotten better on the deployant also. The croc reps suck -- huge difference on these!

Go with the rubber, virtually indistinguishable.

i had AP boutique tell me my replica rubber strap was genuine AP thats how good the rubber is

the deployment has springbar holes where genuine has not, genuine is smooth also replica clasp is missing the acer inox stamp i think new clasps might have been updated now not sure
