Gen Rolex 1974 Datejust Thunderbird Turn-o-Graph Model# 1625

This is a gift from my father. I've been cleaning and polishing it up. I'm waiting for the acrylic crystal. No sapphire in those days.
I ran into a problem, maybe one of you guys can help me out. As you can see in the pics, there is a ring that goes around the crystal to keep the crystal in place and then the bezel goes over the ring.
The ring is kinda busted so the bezel doesn't turn.
Anyone got an idea where I can find parts this old? Doesn't have to be gen.

You also need a crown and stem as it does not seem to be in the pic .
The movement and dial are mounted incorrectly in the pic. it needs to be rotated 180 degrees date should be on crown side.
as far as the retaining ring. you should be able to souce one on ebay or you can check some watch parts sites like Star time or Otto Frei
