Gen parts/

I’m sure this has been asked and answered and I’ve tried to find it but to no avail.

I’m looking for gen parts for this GMT Master II I just bought and am not sure how to go about it. Should I pick a modder and let them get all of the gen parts I want, or buy them and send it all to the modder?

Also since I’m new to this, I’m not sure I trust myself finding the correct parts. Furthermore any recommendation on a good modder in COTUS would be appreciated!
