I vote for Gen, too. Swan neck screw and micro adjustment screw both look fine to me.

With the available pics nothing says it is a rep
I would like to see better pics of Swan Neck and screws but it seems gen, Lyre spring is gen and the Incabloc the same, Wheels an wheel screws are gen, Gear train is gen or nicely brushed. Bridges, jewels bevelled, OFFICINE PANERAI engravinhg seem gen (better pics would be necessary to assure it)
