Gen or rep AP ROO City of Sails??

Hi guys, what do you think of this AP ROO City of Sails? Is it a gen or rep? I would think that it's a rep because the subdials and chrono secondhand are not at zero. But this is not a real tell as it could have probably been left on. The lug links look too 'protruding' to me as well. But I don't know, I'm no expert. What do you guys think? Rep or gen?

This is a bad (I think quartz) rep.
Look at the distance between subdials
The designs of the subdials
The crown guards
There is not date
Is a disastrous rep!!
