Gen or rep 5513 dial?

hi! Found this dial - gen or rep?

To me this is a fake because in the first pic the “SWISS - T < 25” marking at the bottom of the dial you can see that the minus is not centered with chapter ring.

In addition the lume job is a crime, who could been able to do a poor job like this on genuine dial ?

It's a genuine non-serif dial, but it's been very badly relumed, and possibly sprayed with a matte varnish to stabilise the paint surface - worth about 50% of an all original equivalent dial.

It was just to see if Tripdog would correct me, off course this is a genuine Dial. :facepalm:
