Gen or fake PAM212 with blue screw on ebay?

Hi Experts, was surfing on ebay and just took a look at this Flyback Pam.
Looks well machined but isn´t the blue screw on the OPXIX movement wrong for this model?
Would be interested to know if this was made with the blue screw and if this is Gen as the rep has blue screws also.

I series had gen blue screw... movement looks to be flyback to me... different when studied from the standard 7750!
