Does anyone know where to get one? I asked a watch store here in Sweden who has Panerai. They will take 200 Euro, or almost 300 Dollars, to get me one. Ouch!!

dude, you can try your luck in the parts sections as they do come up every now and then and yeap they dun come cheap, thats why frankens are so costly. infact its a rather hard to sourced item as they are either parted out from a gen watch or NOS from their services centres etc.

That store is trying to scam you. Panerai does not sell any parts separately. The only way to get a brand new gen CG is to send in your Panerai for service and Panerai themselves replace and keep the old one. And that is going to cost you 400-500 Euros. You do the math whether those guys are going to give you a genuine CG.
