This is ridiculous. It's a piece of plastic god damn it, what makes this more valuable than any other dial out there? 90% of them are made of the same material, made by the same machines, made using the same methods etc etc. It's crazy how just a little piece of plastic can be worth so much money when probably not even 99.999999% of the paneristi are able to tell this from FGD's dials. And why would ANYONE spend so much money on, again a piece of plastic, and stick it into a rep case with rep caseback with rep hands, all worth 100 bucks?...it's mind bottling!!! Yeah yeah I know, I lot of people on paneristi will give arm and leg for it but somehow I don't see this selling there either. It just doesn't make sense to me. Even if you have a gen pam, you would take it apart and stick that dial in there? And then go and try to look for a caseback bla bla bla. All that for what? To fool yourself you just turned a 4k watch into a 60k? Or is it to fool the other 0.000001% people on this planet that actually know what they're looking at? Isn't that all there is to making a PAM 111h per say, into a 60k 201/A. Is there anything in this watch (201/A) apart from dial and caseback that is different to a 111h for example? As much as I love the look of Panerai, I just can't put my mind to why these extraordinary prices are going around. I know probably all hell will brake loose on me right now so I better go hide!
