Gen 16600 Sea Dweller from 2002, code Y

I’m trying to get this case and would really appreciate some help to understand if it’s gen.

Really bothered the no lug holes and the bezel height…

Umm... My eyes cannot move past that wort where the pearl normally is on the bezel insert. Before I reached that impasse I noticed that the engravings are pretty bad. I'm going with it's a replica case.
