Both have minor flaws--the bezel is cracked (please see details on cubic's thread) and the dial has some light scratches.
My guess based on wearing the watch for a few months is that the scratches are from hands that fell off or maybe a smashed crystal. They are only noticeable in certain light. The bezel crack is impossible to identify without being inches away. Happy to provide a video on request.
