I went with the QC deposit to get a feeling of their customer support. The order got handled promptly. Pictures were uploaded within 1 day after each inquiry. It took some time to GL the watch (factory defects => cosmetic damage, no lume, misalignment of hands/date window/markers, etc.), but the seller had a lot of patience and we quickly arrived at the right piece.
