So I bought this rep way before finding RWI, but Eric as far as I could tell at the time came highly recommended. Went back and forth with him on different watches and he answered all my questions and BS as a first time buyer.
I finally settled on a watch, paid, and he sent it out a day later. Unfortunately the first watch was seized
I let him know and even changed the watch I wanted a bit and a new one was sent out the next day.
Very happy to have worked with him and probably will again in the future!
