Hey guys I'm looking at purchasing a full gold day date and I was wondering which of our dealers carries a great rep of it. I saw it while downtown the other day on this guys wrist and it looked amazing. Never thought I'd like the jubilee bracelet but the matte vs polished look was an amazing combo. Your help is greatly appreciated!!

For obvious reasons there isnt a "full gold" day date. All the day date reps are stainless, and, if gold, coated, where as the gens are precious metals of various sorts.
Being stainless makes these reps specifically, very inaccurate.
For this reason most people pick up datejusts instead.

If you are okay with the rep being inaccurate, any TD can get you one.

GFlansburg, I'm a little confused with your wording. I know Rolex has the legit full gold DDII but I guess what I'm trying to say is that are there any relatively accurate gold looking metal reps with gold looking metal jubilee bracelets like the examples that beef jerky is talking about that Sead sells? I'm not a fan of the datejust especially since people in my office wear the legit model.

Just posted mine in the wristcheck thread some minutes ago...

But mine is on a Presidential Bracelet, and not Jubilee... as it should usually be.
Apart from the weight, watch is substantial and pretty accurate IMHO. Looks good, has presence on the wrist, details are amazing. Really nice watch..

Cheers,
Spirit.

i've heard the DD II are pretty accurate reps...... EXCEPT for the fact that they are NOT gold.. so i would say the only thing you would have to worry about is the weight of the watch.

also are you looking into yellow gold or their "ever rose" gold... i'm not sure but i think the yellow gold is more accurate.... i don't think the rep rose gold is close to gen. can anyone chime in??
