strip down case.
drill lug holes to 1.3mm
shape lugs - soften case edges.
cut and polish chamfers into lugs
remove stock tube and chase threads with tap.
rework and shape both inside and outside of crown guards
install new athaya tube for gen spec crown.
engraving on case back MN 80 ($50.00)
Machine lower edge of bezel with beveled edge.
adjusted bezel assembly to be spin easily but not free spinning losey goosey
aged case to look representative of a watch used in military activities from the 80's
aged and faded insert to a great electric blue color with aged pearl.
Dial:
aged dial surface with white weathering paint.
aged dial surface with green weathering paint "accents"
age lume on dial to toasted almond tone
age hands to match lume on dial
age hands to look vintage.
remove ghost date on movement.
modify setting lever for 2 position .
