It is in EXCELLENT condition and works flawless. It lived with a screen protector and case on since day 1, I just removed the screen protector because it had some light scratches. The glass is blemish free as is the back. The battery is excellent and lasts days. It will not come with a charger (available at any electronic store). It comes with the phone and original box, brand new headphones (never used), and an otterbox case.
From my research, ALL Verizon iPhones from the 5 and newer (including this 6 Plus) are factory unlocked and can be used with other carriers inside the USA.
