frozen 382 - help?

hi there

emotional shock....
i received yesterday a PAM382 (green bronzo) (supposelly from vsf, P900 clone mvt)
second was moving
i've set hour&minut, kept it a couple of hours : all fine
so much happy, spent some time about looking for a new strap



today, i grab it, set hour&minut
second hand doesnt move, in fact all don't move,
it is now 5 min it is on my wrist, nothing...
i've moved again the whole stuff, nothing (1st click/hour only : i've done a 24h, Then 2d click/&&m : i've done a 12h)
still doesn't want to start...


help???

yes, i did manually wind too

Sometimes the winding stem is a fraction too short or too long with the effect that it does not engage the gears correctly. Check if the stem is in the correct position.

After setting the time and pushing the crown back in you should feel a resistance or clicking while winding. After about 20 winds you should have enough power on the mainspring for it to start running. If it does not start automatically, you could try to help it with a gentle flick of your wrist. If that does not make it start, the next step would be to open the caseback for visual inspection. Something could have come loose during transport now blocking the mechanism.

If you do not feel confident to do that it might be best to have a professional watchmaker have a look at it.

I received one not long ago, was working the first day and then stopped.

I checked and the pallet fork wasn't engaging properly with the escapement wheel.

The dealer exchanged it, nothing could be done to fix it
