My opinion? V4 on top V3 on bottom.

I'm relatively new to this as well, and I'm sure i'll be corrected if I'm wrong BUT.

If we're truly talking a Noob V3 and a Noob V4
As you will learn, the only noticeable difference between the noob V3 and V4 is a Y-Incabloc mod.
So you likely wont see a difference at all in a QC pic of V3 front facing and V4 front facing.
However this should be taken lightly as not all reps are made the same, this is why we QC.
To put it better, If we take the best available V3 and best available V4 face to face you wouldn't notice a difference with the naked eye. Case set the same.
Flip it over and the difference will be obvious if you're looking for the Y-incabloc

That said, if you're simply looking for one of the best and most accurate watches for the money, you can't go wrong on a Pam111!

No, JMS. There are actually more differences. On the lever angle, on the case, on the crown, etc.
