A place of darkness and light a.k.a. EU
Yes, every shipment into EU has to be processed. It's better to not declare as gift (declare as "watch for repair", for example) and to not exaggerate on the under-valuation (better 50 than 5, as a very low value would be suspicious), so you'll end up paying 5, 10 or so Euros, which is better than attracting unwanted attention...

This.

Highly suspicious having a $20-$30 postage on a $19.99 declared item, big red flag.

Declare as around $50/$60, returned watch parts, or watch for repair, accept the hit on local taxes, likely inevitable, then hope it makes it through without further inspection/scrutiny.

thanks a lot for the info ! Most probably i wont go with it since here in Greece even the lowest amount(20euro) that need to go through customs got a fix fee for the custom agent that will do the whole process and on top of that V.A.T and if they see fit they add extra import tax !
