I started working on this in Feb and is still looking for parts to make it more gen. Base is a ZF pelagos, I located a gen 2824 from the bay. Unfortunately parts for the pelagos is non-existent, I ended up getting multiple parts from both ZF and V6 to match together the perfect rep

Progress as of of May 11, 2015:

V6 ceramic insert, I used a exacto knife to shave down the extra lume. unfortunately it reduces the glow a bit, but not enough to bother me:

Will post more pics when I get more parts :D

I don't have pics on this, its the mechanical works in the bezel clicks, it soft-locks the 12

'can i just say that i love whatever mechanism is at work in the pelagos bezel that soft-locks the bezel at the 12 o'clock position. it requires a slightly higher breakout force or slight downward pressure to move the bezel out of the 12 o'clock position and also allows you to reset the bezel without looking at it as you can easily feel when it locks back into the 12 position' - watchuseek member's comment

If you make a little hole (or file) on the bezel lower grooved part where the the little mechanism click you will have that feel. You can use a Dremmel with fine tip. After that you can re adjust the bezel on right position.

You need to recess or file one of the groove of the bezel mechanism to obtain a higher breakout force.

Is it difficult to change the bezel insert. As I just waiting for my parts to come and I will be trying to mod it. Anything to lookout for? As was told the ceramic bezel breaks easily

Your lume markers are not completely flat.

Has slight embossing on it.

My pelagos doesn't have that embossing. Do you have any idea which is more gen like?

Embossing or without embossing?

I am now curious about the extra parts and if you're willing to sell. I have plans for a Pelagos build, but may just go for a sterile version, or something like that. The gen feels amazing on the wrist.

I went to a couple different AD around the Boston area. To me, looks like it sits slightly lower to the surface of the bezel and is semi-gloss (resulting in the 'embossed' feel? maybe?)

as for the lume markers, the gen are slightly puffed over (similar to some ZF, all V6 tends to be flush) the marker's borders and are not flush
