Just picked this up last week from Stone P and know I am going to regret selling it, as I have already bonded with it and not taken it of since I got it, but unfortunately my car decided to take a dump this morning and I guess I have to be an adult and prioritize lol.

Up for sale is a franken vintage Oyster Perpetual 1018 . Way before 116000 this was the reigning champion in 36mm category
for OPs. Rolex produced them from the 1960s all the way to the 1980s. Even in the 20yrs of production it wasn’t a popular model.
Below are list of parts that make up this build
Gen Dial: Rare Silver stick dial in “below decent” condition. It has spots all over it. The dial dots dont glow anymore. Markers are in good condition and made from white gold. Looks like the dial has been refinished as some time in past. Beyeler Geneve on the back plate. $125
Gen Hands: Used but in fair condition.Tritium…lume is dead. $85
Crown: Purchased as Gen but have my doubts because it’s has features of both of a Gen 530 & 532-0 crown. Regardless it looks pretty good and functions well. $35
Movement: A brand new VR 3130 was used to build this piece $80.
Case : This is a rep case from bands and bracelets on eBay . Whole midcase has been reshaped to resemble a 1018 case. Case in clean condition. $150
Xtal: a 25-21 crystal from ST. The xtal is brand new $10
Bracelet: Combination of oyster links from Amazon($20),raffles clasp ($20)& unknown 580 endlinks $???
