Yep.. A lot of the rich guys who pay crazy money on vintage gens will no doubt not mind throwing a measly couple of grand for something like this

Can you sell frankens on eBay now? I sure am seeing a LOT of 16610 submariners all of a sudden with drilled lug holes aka the Star T*** replacement case. I guess if they claim “replacement case” then it’s ok?

What are your opinions on this? Clearly it would be more profitable to post a sale on Ebay (with full transparency) rather than here. Are we modders doing a service for people with money who don't want to be bothered with the minutia of the build process, or are we scammers??? I know I could use the cash, but don't want to burn any bridges along the way!

I saw where Detroit watch works is supposed to have changed their name to watch parts division and they are sell lots of watch parts on ebay. Someone on this forum said their rolex bracelet parts are fake?

Personally if something is described accurately to a buyer then I can’t see a problem.
