Hi,

Do you have any reference to polish a case and do the service for a LWO 283 on a Franken AP ROO. In Canada if possible.

You’ll need a watchsmith to do the LWO 283 service and anyone who’s had previous successful experiences servicing and salvaging the DD chrono module should be up to the task.

I have done some research into the case refinishing and this thread sums up some of my thoughts about that. In short I wouldn’t trust it to just anyone, but it is a gratifying thing to do that can make a well worn and even dinged up franken look and feel pretty new, if done properly.
