jj69 said:Seriously, how do you get one of these bracelets installed? The pin/screw slides easily through the endlink, and slides easily through the watch lug. When I line up the endlink against the case, it appears to be a perfect fit.
However, I can only slide the pin/screw through the endlink. The threaded portion on the end of the pin enters then endlink, then it stops. I can’t slide it all the way through the endlink.
There HAS TO BE a trick to this. Please help…

SPECIAL THANKS go out to chels who had the right idea. Although mine is not a Davisen, bending back those little tabs on the bracelet just the slightest bit did the trick!
I don't have a great deal of patience. When I finally calmed down a bit, I took a closer look at those tabs. All four tabs were bend slightly inward toward the inside of the bracelet. That's when I had my Eureka moment and realized that what works for a Davidsen may well work for any version.
I think I've earned myself a beer (well, maybe a light beer...)
Thanks again chels!

That's why I always vent my frustrations here - I figure someone else may learn from it. Bending those tabs is super-simple. Any small pair of pliers is all you need.
