Fixing scratched hands

I received a beautiful Pam390, but the only clear giveaway are the hands on the watch. (Many of you can probably point out other things but to a regular Joe scratches on hands is the only issue that will stand out). How would you guys suggest I handle this, can I order new hands to replace existing? Is it an easy replacement to make? Can I buy some type of paint to fix this?

Easiest way will be to source new hands. Not worth the time and money to sand the old hands, repaint and then relume
