Hello RWI Panerai. I am looking for someone who has information or expertise in adjusting/fixing a misaligned dial baton on a submersible. I understand many gen have this issue so overall I’m not too concerned. However, I’m interested in fixing a very misaligned 6 and a very slightly misaligned 12 on a 692. Does anyone have any information or know someone in CONUS competent to tackle the job?

If the indices are held on with tiny locating pins going through holes in the dial like many others, I had found a great guide by someone on here with a Rolex of some sort. I moved the 12 marker on a BP SeaDweller recently by scraping off the little bit of glue holding the pins into the dial from the back. Then, I was able to use a needle to push the pins out and the indice popped off. For very small misalignments you can enlarge the dial holes and get some wiggle room to reglue the marker. For bigger movements, it might be best to cut/file one or both of the pins off the marker and be very careful gluing it on straight.
