Fixable? Or need a new case?

My 233 8 Days GMT is missing a small part - the push-button strap release is missing a pusher and spring, as noted in the picture. Only noticed it when the strap came loose and watch fell off.

Can anyone give me any insight wrt watch doctors capable of fixing it? Or if it's not repairable, who might be able to source a new case, if necessary?

happens quite often... just get some springbars and forget about the push button...
