About a month or so ago I made my first purchase with Elliot and wanted to leave a review as I was very happy with the service. He replies quickly, is really helpful and flexible - on this last point, I actually changed my mind on the watch twice and he was fine with it. Originally I went with a datejust 41 slate dial however I decided I wanted to change to the wimbledon datejust. Elliot was find with this, I paid the difference instead of doing a new order which was convenient and began waiting for CF stock. In the end I decided I didn’t want to wait for it and as I had been looking at aquaracers from original factory, I asked if i could change my order again. Despite these not being listed on Andiots site, he was happy to source one for me and refunded me the difference in price (it was cheaper than the wimbledon) the same day. QC was fast and detailed with high quality images, shipping followed and was also quick. I am really satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Andiot 100%.
