I wanted to outline my first experience with purchasing my first watch with “Steve” at Theonewatches (TOW), which I am completely happy with. My purchase was a VSF PAM968 Bronzo, which I have been after for a while. I notices that TOW not only had some in stock but had a discount price of $428. Steve was very helpful and patient with me in explaining the purchasing process and what would happen should the watch be seized by customs or go missing. He stated that this rarely happens (1:30) and that a replacement would be sent. The process and timescale. Was as follows:

22 June - contact made and information for $30 shipping with a 12 day turnaround. I checked the web site again, as advised to note there were six PAM968 in stock

24 June - watch ordered with order number obtained

25 June - after some support, guidance and patience, money sent via PayPal, which was an option through being a member on RWI.

28 June (or somewhere near) QC pics arrived and confirmed acceptance. The watch was then shipped and tracking number obtained. All went well with tracking but the watch got stopped for a while when it reached this country. I was a bit nervous of it being seized bit remained patient, as others have advised.

14 July - Having waited a few weeks, I requested an internal tracking number, which was supplied. I was advise to check with my local courier if there was any reason for the delay but no inforation provided. Steve requestred I be a little patient, which I was.

26 July, the watch arrived and it was everything I expected. I was advised to keep the stickers on for a few days in case it needed to be returned, if faulty. The crown guard came loose but that was easily fixed with a small screwdriver and all has been well, since.

Other than the delay in delivery, it was a very smooth process and I got the watch I wanted. I am very pleased with the approach from Steve and would not hesitate to buy from TOW again. Great customer service and a great timepiece. I has been on my wrist now for a couple of weeks but now sat with a genuine Omega Seamaster on the wrist. 15 years old and a quartz movement but still a great watch.
