Communication - Great throughout, one small dip towards the end where Lucy wasn't responding, but she apologised in her next email.
Quality - Fantastic
Recommended TD - Yes. Will be using her for all watches in the future

I should note that it took 6 weeks BUT after two weeks JF released the V5 of the 15400 and Lucy asked if I wanted that one instead of the version I had ordered from OMF, so we did a little reshuffle which slowed the process down.
