First time shopper using TrustyTime. Here is my story until today.
Purchased a Daytona 126500 through the Clean factory on May 29, 2024.
Andrew advised that the only payment option available to me was a bank wire transfer. That was completed on June 10th.
I received QC pics on June 27th and was pleased to see a piece of paper with my shipping address in the photos. I approved them the next day.
Received a shipping notification and a tracking number on July 2nd.
Everything had been going smoothly up until this point. Andrew was fantastic with his communication.
Since July 2nd, my shipment has been circumnavigating the globe. Maybe even the solar system. I received 3 updated tracking numbers in an apparent effort to guide the package safely to its destination.
On August 15th I inquired about the status Andrew immediately looked into it and responded that it arrived at my country and was in the process of clearing customs. He sent a screenshot which I assume was meant to confirm that (it didn’t come through correctly though so I’m not sure what it actually stated).
It is August 28th as I write this and I am still patiently awaiting my delivery (although my expectations that it will arrive lessen by the day).
Andrew has been great. He responds within 24 hours every time I come to him with a question. I just may be one of the unlucky ones whose package fell into the abyss.
I will update as warranted.
