Hello everyone,
I actually didn't want to publish a public review of my first transaction with EU Stock. However, after I received another PM from EU Stock yesterday, which in my opinion lacks any customer orientation and objectivity, I decided to report on my experiences here.
I consciously try to present arguments as objectively and fact-based as possible.
On July 23rd I ordered a 126500 with a white dial from EU Stock, including the offered watch maker service. The costs for this were in total EUR 1,340 (EUR 890 for the watch + EUR 450 for the watch maker service). Another EUR 45 were asked for “adjusted wheel heights”, so the total cost of the watch was EUR 1,385.
The watch arrived on September 2nd, so exactly after 42 days.
The model was obviously not in stock and had to be ordered.
During this time there was regular contact via PMs, some of which I found irritating.
So I was irritated to receive a PM on August 13th, saying that the watch could be shipped to me the following day, even though all the foils were still on the watch with regard to the QC pictures. So the ordered watchmaker service had obviously not yet been carried out.
After I pointed out that this service still had to be carried out, I shortly afterwards received pictures of a dismantled watch. I can't say whether this was my model because neither the reference number of the watch nor other order details could be seen in the pictures. I haven’t received any pictures of timegrapher values until today, although I explicitly asked for them.
On September 2nd the watch finally arrived and I deliberately gave feedback to EU Stock via PM, hoping I had given constructive feedback.
Yesterday, on September 3rd, I received another PM from EU Stock, stating that I should please order my watches from another TD in the future or should purchase them directly from an official concessionaire.
I'll leave it up to everyone who reads this review to decide whether you value such business practices or arguments.
I would like to say to EU Stock that I made the effort to give you feedback. So I find it very sad and irritating how you react to this.
Just like you can obviously choose your customers, we customers can also choose our TDs
I hope to be able to provide information and context to interested customers.
If you have any questions, please contact me via PM.
