First Timer's Experience with Trusty Time: Santos & Tank

Hello guys,

first post here about my introduction into the rep world!

After tons of research I settled on ordering a V6F Cartier Santos Medium (steel-white) and an AF Tank Solo large (YG-leather) from trusty time's XMAS Special.
I settled for this combo mainly due to the free shipping and the greatly lowered price. Both reasons kept me from buying reps so far!

29.12.2024: Mail sent to Andrew about stock
30.12.2024: Order submitted & Payment through WU

So far I have had a great experience with Andrew and am now waiting for QC picks.

04.01.2025: QC for Santos received - GL after a question about the clasp was immediately answered

So the watches arrived yesterday in a tight packaging and a bit before i expected them! The tracking number showed no updates until it arrived at the same day.
I am quite astonished by the quality of the reps, way better than in the QC pics and no rough edges on the Santos bracelet at all. I have tried an original one at the AD some weeks ago. To be honest i didn't notice any difference! The mechanism for the quick length adjustments where REALLY tight though, some almost immovable... but it is sitting perfect now. The loud rotor though...

The leatherband on the Tank sucks big time, will order a replacement tomorrow! The PVD gold is fine in my opinion, atleast without a gen next to it.

In total a really great first time experience in the rep world and with Andrew in general!
I just try not to get addicated now...
