After reading the forums on Reddit and here on RWI, then doing months of research, I pulled the trigger and reached out to Sead on December 26th. I let him know that I found him on RWI and, after reading many reviews, wanted to reach out. I asked if he could source a GMT II 126720 VTNR (Clean Factory on an Oyster Bracelet with the DD3285 CHS movement). He responded the same day and said he gets those all of the time. (Yay for me).
December 27th, We chatted about price, payment, and delivery. I sent payment (USD) to him via Zelle following his explicit instructions and then provided him with my name and delivery address. On December 29th, I received QC Pictures. There were no pictures of the movement. I asked, and he confirmed the movement and said he could open it up. I didn't want to delay the process or be a PIA, so I told him there was no need to open it up.
On January 7th, I acknowledged that he was likely very busy with the holidays and asked for an update on delivery. Apparently, I missed an email (I still can't find it); I apologized for missing it and asked if he could send it again. Sead sent me the tracking again (I apologized and thanked him).
Tracking indicates it arrived at the shipping partner facility (USPS) on January 2nd in Los Angeles and departed on January 3rd (USPS is awaiting the item). So, I am in a holding pattern and checking daily.
Once it is received, I'll post pictures. All in all, Sead is amazing. Once this is received, I'll order a Bruce Wayne and a DateJust 41. If you want the QC Pictures, I can post them as well.
