I recently acquired a Daytona in m2m, unfortunately the oysterflex is a tad too big for my wrist. A good friend gave me JTime's link to the oysterflex so I contacted Li via mail. During all the process, Li advised me and provided all the information I needed. Later in QC, Lana was a pleasure to deal with, always very responsive and very polite. It was altogether a great customer experience, so much so that I'm posting this without even having received the straps yet.
