Got my first 2 reps from Andrew. First few queries was immediately replied. 2nd phase to seek clarity on payment as this is my biggest worry as a first time buyer. 2 days for confirmation of money transfer feels like an eternity to me but once Andrew confirm the payment, the anxious was to get the qc pics. As a first timer, I may ask amateurish question but all was handle quite decently by Andrew. Once those were cleared, another 3-4 days for tracking number before I get my purchase a day after shipping.
Honestly, its a nervous 7-10 days of transactions but Andrew has been accomoodating to guide me through.
