So far they are very helpful and collaborative. Ordered a few watches and paid but they were out of stock.

Ended up ordering Omega Snoopy GSF and IWC Big Pilot Titanium ZF. Waiting on shipping notification and tracking.

My Le Petite IWC big pilot titanium no longer can be hand wound, I can change time and date but no longer can feel the spring resistance when turning the crown and the power reserve indicator no longer moves! It's been only a month since I got the watch! I just messaged Jtime on whatsapp and sent them a video. Let's see what happens.
