10/19/23 - Alice emailed me and said that they send me a wrong reciever name, and they cant take the payment from WU. I need to go again to WU to change the receiver name.

Hello, can someone assist Alice? I think she is lost in our conversation. until now she haven't get my payment.

Oct 16, 2023 I send money thru Western Union.
Oct 19 - she emailed me that the receiver name is wrong (CHY SOK AN) and I must change it to RUN KIMCCHY.
Oct 20 - I change the name to RUN KIMCCHY and emailed Alice that I already change the receiver name.
Oct 23 - she emailed me and still can't pick up the money. I noticed from the picture that she sent me that she is still using the old name (CHY SOK AN), which I changed to RUN KIMCCHY on October 19, 2023.

Oct 23 - ALice emailed me, saying she will pick up again my payment.
Oct 26 - Alice emailed me, saying "still wrong name can't pick up. don't know why. "

I backread our conversation, upon reading I noticed that she gave me a name with 2 different spelling.
I used the RUN KIMCCHY which she gave me the last (Oct 20, 2023 upon confirmating the first name and the last name).
The quality of service is very frustrating.
