First Time Rep order

Hey, was not sure if i should send my trusty gen Omega 2531.80 to Omega for a Revision or sell it and buy the „new“ Seamaster 300…
After some research, this forum and the idea of a rep to try the new Seamaster 300 was in my mind .
After i read and saw all the work from theonewatches with the comparison of the Seamaster reps, that’s the one to buy a rep from.

30.8. first contact via WhatsApp
very friendly and super fast response to all questions.
needed a few days to decide on the color. Was between blue and green.
31.8. more questions and more answers
4.9. made order over the website, sent 50$ and got order confirmation. Now I wait for QC pics.

He said somewhere around 3-4 weeks… is this always the case? The watch was listed as In Stock.

Hi bro, all the models on the website are marked as in stock, but you actually need to check our inventory website to confirm if they are in stock or not, models that are not in stock need to wait for the factory to release them, so you need to wait for a period of time, and the release time is different for each factory, the release cycle of VSF now is usually around 1 month, I hope that you will be patient and wait for it, thank you for your understanding.

18.9. received QC pics today.
Watch looks good, I don’t see something wrong. 12 indices look straight. Only the 12 triangle looks a little off, but I think that’s because the watch is lightly tilted.

Received Tracking on 21.9
Yesterday I asked where the package is and was told that it cleared customs.
Now I wait till my tracking changes…

4 weeks seems kinda long when I look at the other threads .

I‘ll update when I receive the package.

Update: 31.10.
6 weeks since I received the tracking, nothing changed since then.
Asked a few times, always fast response but no change in tracking.
On 19.10. he said it finished customs clearance, 26.10. it’s in transition now.

Tracking has not changed since 21.9.

Friend, usually this situation should be the transportation of a hold delay, we have been waiting for the feedback of the logistics company, once there is the latest news will be the first time to contact you, if still has not been updated, we will arrange for a new QC in order to be ready to send again, thank you for your understanding.

Asked again, Steve can’t find a ZF one and offered a VSF.

I don’t like the short Crownguard‘s from VSF….

I'm waiting for my watch too... but nothing on the tracking... I hope customs released the package, but honestly I don't think so... where do you live? Europe ? Does the tracking provided by Steve start from Germany?

Yes, it’s in Germany with DHL but never started. It’s from 20.9.

I just hope he finds a ZF.. from pictures the CG on the VSF just don’t look right

Update 7.1 got new QC pics for a ZF. Looks good to me. Hope this time the shipping don’t get lost.
