It was the first time i ordered a rep (it was 4), and it was with Lucy.
Lucy seems to be overworked, answers took so much time (1 or 2 weeks each time), but i finally got the watches.
The work she do is the best, the QC is absolutely insane, but it take so much time...
I recommend if you need a fine watch, but if you are in a hurry, just find another one.
