Hi everyone, I ordered my watch with Andrew about 7/2, payment was verified on 9/2. I really like the prompt replies I get from Andrew, I'm very surprised that I am even getting good service from a rep dealer. So far service had wowed me at this point. QC pics came much later as it was CNY period, which I totally understand as I was celebrating too. Did not rush Andrew about my order and boom, CNY over, took a few days to get QC pics, GLed them as it was perfect. Received my watch on 6/3. Never been happier. Would like to thank Andrew and team for the great email follow ups and service! Definitely will purchase another soon.
