Made my first order with @puretime yesterday for a TAG Autavia. Placed yesterday looking forward to receiving it.

So all went very well with @puretime ordered on 4 Mar, email received payment confirmed 6 Mar, QC pics and video received 11 Mar, order shipped email 13 Mar. Received watch 21 Mar.
Really happy with the watch quality. Will be ordering again.

That’s strange as I replied to your email with the QC pictures and video?
Have checked and email is correct, have sent another email. I just want to know if it’s been dispatched and the tracking details, as it was over a week ago I received the QC.

It's because the part you ordered is out of stocks as we showed to you in the screenshot but we didn't get your response about that. Should we ship the watch and cancel the part?
