Hi guys,

I have a technical question -
05/23/2024 - Ordered my first watch from CTime
05/23/2024 - Payment confirmed by CTime
05/27/2024 - QC received
05/28/2024 - QC approved
05/29/2024 - Received FedEx International Priority tracking number (label created)
06/03/2024 - No progress. Contacted CTime for status and got an answer that the package is moving, but the tracking number is only traceable locally in the US once the package passes customs.
My question is why? If this is a FedEx International shipping, the number should be traceable from the moment the package enters the FedEx network and starts moving within, regardless of origin location.
What am I missing in the shipping logistics?

Just got the answer to my own questions:

In my FedEx account -

Label Created

So the tracking number is perfectly traceable even before the package gets to the customs.
It simply hasn't been shipped up until now (6 days).
