First time purchase from Puretime 41MM 126610 LV

As the title says, this is my first purchase from Puretime. I ordered a Submariner 41MM 126610 LV, I placed an order on their website yesterday.

I’m having trouble with finding a secure way for payment from Saudi Arabia. I wanted to pay using PayPal, but I was told that I cannot do it on my first order, has to be a returning customer.

What other method can I use to pay through AmEx, Visa, or MC.

I’m concerned of western union and others because in Saudi they might not allow me to transfer in USD.

Anyway, please assist, I’d highly appreciate it.

I haven't done business with Puretime but I would think they do.
