Put the order on 1/10/2023 and paid on the same day 1st October 2023.

Sent an email and CHAZINGTIME replied on 2/10/2023 to confirm they have received the payment and to say QC timeframe is usually around a week after payment confirmed and QC photos will be emailed before shipment.

I sent another follow up email on 11/10/2023 as have not received any QC.
CHAZINGTIME replied on 12/10/2023 and said QC timeframe is 10 days after payment is confirmed.

Today is 15/10/2023 and until now I still have not yet got any QC whatsoever in the email.
I also checked junk / spam mail and got nothing yet from CHAZINGTIME.

"I have exactly the same problem with chasing time. I haven't received the watch after 18 days, they also haven't shipped the watch, and they've stopped answering my questions."

18/10/23 - Got a reply and finally got the QC photos in the email however I found the watch dial is crooked to the left and not straight so have replied back and asked for a new unit.
Now waiting for CHAZINGTIME to respond.

22/10/23 - CHAZINGTIME replied will send new QC for the new unit soon hopefully by next week.
Will keep it up to date again soon.

23/10/23 - CHAZINGTIME has sent the QC for the new replacement unit and I am happy with the QC so I am proceeding wth it and I requested them to ship the watch together with the box, documents and warranty card to match serial number.
